These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to everyone who enrols at Victory Classes, Haridwar ("Victory Classes", "we", "us", "our"), or who uses our student portal at portal.victoryclasses.com or this website. By enrolling, or by using our portal or website, you (the student and the parent/guardian) accept these Terms. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy.

1. Our services

Victory Classes provides classroom (offline) coaching and related academic services, which currently include: school academics for Class 4–12 and repeaters, IIT-JEE & NEET preparation, a chess academy, and a spoken-English programme ("Speak Easy"). We also provide a student portal where parents and students can view attendance, fees, timetable, study material, tests and results. The exact courses, batches, timings and fees are as informed by the office at the time of admission and may be updated from time to time.

2. Admission & eligibility

• Admission is confirmed only after the admission form is completed and the applicable fee is paid.
• You agree to provide true and complete information at admission and to keep your contact details updated.
• We may decline or discontinue admission at our discretion, for example in cases of serious misconduct.

3. Fees & payments

• Fees are charged as per the fee structure communicated at admission, and may be paid in the plan agreed (for example monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or one-time).
• Fees are due on or before the due date of each instalment. Timely payment keeps your child's seat and access to classes and the portal active.
• A receipt is provided for every payment. Please keep your receipts.
• Fees do not include the cost of external examination forms, external competition/tournament fees, or optional extras, unless specifically stated.

4. Refund & cancellation policy

• Fees once paid are generally non-refundable, as a seat is reserved and teaching resources are allocated for your child.
• The admission/registration fee (if any) is non-refundable.
• In genuine, exceptional cases, any adjustment or partial refund is entirely at the discretion of the institute's management.
• Fees paid for one course or batch may, at our discretion, be adjusted towards another course or batch of the same value.

5. Student portal & login

• Login details are personal to each student/parent. Please keep your password confidential and do not share your account.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your login. If you suspect your account has been misused, inform the office immediately so we can reset it.
• The portal and its information are for your personal use in connection with your studies at Victory Classes only.

6. Conduct & attendance

• Students are expected to attend regularly, be punctual, and behave respectfully towards teachers, staff and fellow students.
• Serious or repeated misconduct may lead to suspension or discontinuation, without any refund of fees.
• Parents are encouraged to monitor attendance and progress through the portal and to stay in touch with teachers.

7. Study material & intellectual property

All study material, notes, question papers, tests, and content on our portal and website are the property of Victory Classes (or used with permission) and are provided for the personal use of enrolled students. They may not be copied, shared, sold, recorded, uploaded or redistributed — in full or part — without our written permission. Our name and logo are the property of Victory Classes.

8. Use of achievements for promotion

Victory Classes may use a student's name, class, results/achievement and photograph to celebrate and promote results (on our website, social media, notice boards and printed material). If you do not wish this to be done for your child, please inform the office and we will respect your request (see our Privacy Policy).

9. Limitation of liability

We work sincerely to provide quality teaching and guidance. However, we do not guarantee any particular examination result, rank or outcome, as these also depend on the student's own effort. To the extent permitted by law, Victory Classes is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services, portal or website. Victory Classes is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party websites that may be linked.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with its updated date. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Haridwar, Uttarakhand.
